The war is about to escalate with Hezbollah in Lebanon. The Israelis have no choice but to attack their enemies in the north. The bombardment of rockets that have been sent over the northern border from Lebanon (Hezbollah) is relentless, intolerable and unsustainable from the Israelis perspective. Hundreds of thousands of civilians have been relocated from the north for months now and fires rage throughout the region destroying critical fauna and flora habitat. It will take years for the destruction caused to these forests to be restored. Iran, Hezbollah and Hamas care nothing for the environmental damage they cause. They don’t care about humanity, their own people are human shields in this devastating and destructive war that profits no one.

Well, imho it will profit Israel if they can take care of their enemies without other interested parties sticking their hands into the machinery.
