We all have read the Johannine assessment that “God IS love” (1 John 4.8,16). Paul believed it to be true, and if we swap the designation “love” for that of the Creator “God” in 1 Corinthians 13 we shall have a beautiful portrait of the nature and character of our wonderful Creative Infinite Intelligence that rules the entirety of the universe. God is love. God is Divine Love.
