Hi everyone,
I’ve been away from the Work for a while as I’ve been very unwell and in hospital. I don’t like hospitals, but I’m very glad that they’re there for us. This hospital is very new and the mood of the staff is friendly, concerning and most of all efficient. I believe that if the environment is uplifting as this new monstrosity of hospital is, then the staff will not have what they once endured in a small hospital with inadequate facilities for far too long.
So it’s a long story as to why I was in hospital (I have a very painful, severe spinal stenosis with aggravated nerve pain) and I’m not going into it all with you just now. Our IMCF members are aware and as far as newcomers are concerned, well, you don’t need to hear my woes, I’m sure you have enough of your own. The human condition folks, but a better day awaits 😊.
