Hi everyone,
I do love Douglas Murray’s views on Israel, its people and its ongoing problems. I know people who wouldn’t listen to him based purely on him being a professed homosexual. How hateful! And who the Dickens cares! The prophet Daniel had a relationship with his overlord, something always overlooked by both sides of the debate, Hebrew scholars and Christian commentators.
They all forget that YeHoVaH is LOVE, the true and abiding unconditional kind so lacking amongst many Christians who misinterpret the writings of Rav Shaul in Romans.
YeHoVaH always chooses the so called “fools of this world to confound the wise.” (1 Chorinthians 1:27) That’s those who the powerful might call “fools”, such as us believers, and not just us as Messianic Believers and some open hearted and unconditionally loving Christians. Of course, I am not saying Mr. Murray is in any way a fool, heaven forbid, the man is an accomplished author and speaker and much besides and is always rallying for the Jews and the state of Israel.
Personally, we have known Christians who are gay on both sides of the equation and in many cases I would say they bring a unique perspective to many arguments. Douglas Murray is just one of those who is mighty in his understanding of the problems that face Israel, before, now in the present and in the unfolding future. May YeHoVaH bless this man abundantly.
