Shalom Aleikhem to all our Guests!
Please feel welcome to access: Essays On Prophecy (Lecture 15) "Christ Commanded us to Watch -- But Watch for What?"
Thus far in our current series of Essays on Prophecy we have been concentrating on the vitally important prediction concerning the “King of the North” (of Jerusalem) and the “King of the South” (of Jerusalem) in the scroll of Daniel. This is primarily due to the fact that we live in the shadow of the approaching THIRD WORLD WAR – and Daniel 11 devotes itself to an exposure of just how this last and horrendous violation of all that seems to be right and attractive about our civilisation will eventuate.
Our current series Essays on Prophecy constantly reminds us of the conflict existing between our prophetic expectancy (everything seems to point to “prophecy coming alive in today’s world news” with actual events and distinct personalities seemingly pointing to the fulfilment of ancient texts in our own unique 21st century time-period) – contrasted with our FACTUAL, LITERAL and EXPERIENTIAL reality (there exist numerous biblical predictions made by our God YeHoVaH’s Spirit that remain to be fulfilled BEFORE Our Lord Yeshua can return to rule this earth as we believe he will ultimately accomplish as he promised.
